⏱ Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase. During peak periods, processing may take up to 48 hours.

🇦🇺 Australia — Free Standard Shipping Delivered within 5–9 business days from dispatch. Free on all orders, no minimum spend.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

🔍 Tracking Your Order Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear. Track your order anytime using the link in your email.

📌 Lost or Delayed Parcels If your parcel shows no movement after 14 business days (Australia), please contact us and we'll investigate with the courier.

Parcels marked "Delivered" by the courier are considered successfully delivered.

📦 Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence and we'll make it right.
