At Glowe Studio, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make it right.
✅ 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee If you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your order, you're eligible for a full refund. Item must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
⚠️ For hygiene reasons, personal care devices (e.g., shaving devices) cannot be returned once opened or used.
🔧 Faulty or Defective Products Under Australian Consumer Law, if your item has a manufacturing fault you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Contact us with a description and photo/video of the fault. Once confirmed, we'll cover return postage and process your refund within 5–10 business days.
❌ Refunds Are Not Available If:
- More than 30 days have passed
- The product has been opened or used
- Damage was caused by misuse
